jbrewster commented on MIFOS-3785:
----------------------------------
I don't see this behavior in 1.6.x. scenario I tried:
1. created weekly client fee on Mondays of 7.0 - on first Monday (today) the
fee is 7.0
2. move system date ahead to next Monday - fee is now 14.0
3. Create moratorium on 3rd Monday, set system date to 3rd Monday. - fee is
still 14.0
Kojo, will you confirm the fees are appearing as expected on the meeting days
as noted above. Can you describe the specific amounts due on each meeting day?
> Moratorium fails to push fees to future date

> While automating MIFOSTEST-281, I discovered that fees were not being pushed
> by moratoriums. Please enable the test -
> 'testMoratoriumPushesFeesToFutureMeeting' in AdditionalHolidayTest.java when
> this bug is fixed.
> Steps to reproduce
> ------------------
> 1. create periodic weekly fee, defined for clients
> 2. apply fees to client
> 3. create moratorium holiday on upcoming meeting day
> 4. run all batch jobs
> 5. move date to the meeting day
> Expected: fee for the meeting day is not applied
> Actual: fee is applied for the meeting day
