- Name - Add commas between the names
- If a fee is not paid, it is displaying "0" in some places and ".00" in
others. Should display ".00" if nothing is paid
- Date header - Remove Timezone
- For the report date that shows up in the upper right hand corner, don't want
to add in the timezone persay. Instead, the server is running at UTC but the
date I want displayed is Philippine time (PHT). Let's have a call if this is
not clear.
