We need to parse Other Party Info field now to get the Phone Number (first
entry in the field before first space).
If it matches a Phone Number found in Mifos, then the transaction in that row

Now when parsing Transaction Party Details, remove all checks for National ID.
Instead, first code (before first space) should be compared with Loans and
Savings products in Mifos. If there is no match, then just ignore the field.
If there is a match, then transaction amount should apply to the client's
account associated with that code. If no account exists, error message in FR
4.9 should be thrown.
