batch job ApplyCustomerFeeChangesTaskJob has been failing on test server since
18-Apr-2010 00:00:06. Thanks to new batch job page, this is more visible.
Need to investigate error and determine if this is due to a bug or possibly
corrupt data. If the error is due to bad data, we need to clean up our test
data so we quit ignoring this batch job failure. See error in attached
screenshot.
