On Oct 5th, the test server has a week long holiday defined:
2010-10-03 2010-10-10 testMoratorium Moratorium srf finance ltd
Tried to create a loan account and when disbursal date was entered, got this
warning: "Disbursement date must not be during a defined holiday"
This error came up regardless of whether the disbursal date fell into this
holiday week. For example, disbursal date of 23 October 2010 gave the same
error.
Repro steps:
set local instance of Mifos to 5 October, load attached data set.
1. login to test server - http://ci.mifos.org:8085/mifos
2. for client, create new loan
3. on create loan page, use default date. click continue, see error.
4. change disbursal date to 23 October, click continue, see error.
