Fix Version/s: (was: Release E)
Release E - Iteration 8
Done not as separate task but during report writing and also during a run
through of what the data warehouse does/doesn't support of the initial standard
reports.
There is some fee reporting that hasn't been implemented yet in DW and loan
counter.
