Ok, first, there appears to be some confusion from the mockup. there is a line
entitled "CBU Interest" that should of been marked as "CBU Collection -
Voluntary". Upon further discussion, we need to just remove this line and any
"overpayments" in CBU (Savings) deposits get recorded as "CBU Collection - On
time payments"
See attached template for details, you can see 640 pesos applied. There was no
interest awarded, so we deduced this was the correct calculation of the
voluntary but the row title got mixed up (Interest being awarded is further
down the DOU report).
