"As far as I can tell "languages.ftl" isn't referenced anywhere in the code.
Does anyone know what the file does or whether it is still being used?
languages.ftl is a remnant of the "cheetah" proof of concept done some time
back. As I recall it was used to demonstrate easy switching between languages
using Spring & ftl pages. It can (and should) be removed.
