While investigating MIFOS-3864, Michal correctly noted there was indeed a
holiday on the date used, however this holiday that starts on 10/10 and ends on
10/11 is not in order in the view holidays list. See attached screenshot to
notice holiday "test1" appearing in list between May and June holidays.
