Actually, careful, note that the maincss.css in userInterface is in
pages/css/maincss.css whereas the one in application is in
pages/framework/css/maincss.css (note the additional 'framework' dir).
userInterface/src/main/resources/org/mifos/ui/freemarker/core/blueprintmacros.ftl
(used by login.ftl) references the one in pages/css/maincss.css
In a typical WTP workspace, the resources from userInterface are NOT COPIED
into application/target/mifos-webapp, and this may well be the reason why
somebody copied the CSS into
application/src/main/webapp/pages/framework/css/maincss.css? I've filed a
separate MIFOS-3925 about the possibly "underlying issue" here.
