New ftl Product mix page lacks input validation for Product Type and Product
instance name fields.
Repro:
1. navigate to admin, define product mix on http://ci.mifos.org:8116/mifos
2. click Preview button
actual behavior: nothing happens.
expected behavior: two validation errors as shown with demo server:
* Please specify the Product type.
* Please specify the Product instance name.
