Please review the mockup. KMBI continue's to stress the importance of this
value, although I do not think its really needed with our report but it will
help them validate the report and reconcile the days figures.
This is to add a beginning balance line at the top of the report. These values
are equal to the previous days ending balance. SEe pink section in mockup.
