Improve the usability of the account summary information in the charges page

The account summary is difficult to interpret as a future charge is shown as
'amount due' and the amount already owed is shown as 'Amount overdue'. Then a
total is also displayed which leads to the false interpretation as the total
amount due
Suggested changes
* Display amount owed as 'Amount Due on Date" eg. 'Amount Due on 19/10/2010'
* Display future charges as 'Upcoming Charges'
* Remove the 'total charge' detail
