Resolution: Fixed
Lot of changes in the logic the fields were decided to be and now what they are
actually...Fixed what is currently reqd.
For re-loan count of year and month, the data will grow, now it is simply the
cummulative of all day's data for that year and month. We assume by next year
the counts will come correctly.
