I had to hard-code English locale in acceptance tests
(CreateLoanAccountCashFlowPage.java and ViewInstallmentDetailsPage.java) in
order to fix acceptance tests failing on machines with locale other than
English (commit 3d013b3591763d5400f742f462c4d912a60b1193).
Please develop a way to use locale set in Mifos during acceptance tests or
verify that hard-coded English locale doesn't make tests to fail when Mifos has
non English locale set.
