Mifos 1.5.0.1 - Problem with some loans being disbursed and being due for
collection on the same day

For Light Micro-finance.
For some of the loans which was disbursed on 19th Oct, the first payment is
also becoming due on the same day 19th Oct. It should have become due on 26th.
This does not happen for all loans and happens only in this center. There are 4
groups in this center. 7 loans out of 20 or so loans disbursed, have this
issue. These loans are spread across these 4 groups.
There are loans in each of these groups where the repayment schedule comes up
correct.
This center has meetings on Tuesdays.
Their loans are weekly and LSIM is turned on.
I have asked them to "Reverse Loan Disbursal" and "Redo Loan Disbursal" for now.
I tried this workaround and it seems to work.
However, they have asked why this happened in the first place.
A copy of their database (prior to re-doing the loan) is present on the Light
Production server at:
/home/ubuntu/light/20Oct2010/light_data_20Oct2010.dump.gz
We can do our research using this data (it for Bavla branch, Brijesh Makwana
Loan Officer, Nanodara A Center). The following are the loans that have this
issue (Group / Client)
Nanodara A4 / Raval Sajanben
Nanodara A4 / VAGHARI PREMABEN
Nanodara A1 / Sonara Kashiben
Nanodara A2 / Raval Kantaben
Nanodara A2 / Mer Premiben
Nanodara A3 / Raval Vasantben
Nanodara A3 / Vaghari Vasantben
The only change I can track is that a fee (Loan Processing Fee) was removed
from this product on 19th.
Otherwise, they seem to be created and disbursed on 19th itself.
