When xls file doesn't have Product name in 'Transaction Party Details' field
and ImportTransactionOrder is not set in properties file. Then during importing
this file in MIFOS a wrong error message appears: 'Row <#> error - <Receipt ID>
- null '. But should be: 'Row <25> error - <Receipt ID> - No Product name in
"Transaction Party Details" field and ImportTransactionOrder property is not
set'.
