When I want to import xls file with overpayment of the entire loan and there is
no savings account for that client, there is a wrong error message appears:
'Row <#> error - <Receipt ID> - Last account is a loan account but the total
payment amount is less than amount paid in'. Should be: 'Row <#> error -
<Receipt ID> - Last account is a loan account but the total payment amount is
not equal to amount paid in'
