No validation message after trying to add sixth tag or tag with the same name
as existing to answer choice in Smart Select Question

According to the Question Groups Functional Specification you can add only 5
tags to answer choice in Smart Select Question. But when I try to add sixth tag
or tag with the same name as existing to answer choice in Smart Select
Question, nothing happens. There should be validation messages like: 'The tag
with the same name already exists' and 'You can't add more than five tags.'
