Release E has a new property,
ke.co.safaricom.MPesaXlsImporter.ImportTransactionOrder. This property is used
for M-PESA importing.
Request this property be added to the Organizational Settings page, under
"Miscellaneous" heading.
For extra credit, display this setting only when it's set in the properties
file since most MFI's will not be using this property at all.
