Online PDF user guide, p. 95, states "During the configuration process, the
Allow Payments on Nonmeeting Days setting is turned on" , which would enable
LSIM functionality.
However, no further description exists as to how to enable this functionality
in the "configuration process". Further, the custom configuration file does
not contain such an item. So it is still unknown how to enable.
