Description:
Add facility for running ETL tests in hudson based on a war build. Alerts if
development builds break ETL.
Initially expected to involve:
* create a husdon job to deploy 1.7.x on etl test db
* install kettle/PDI on birch
* install mysql and create source mifos db and populated with etl test data
mysqldump and create destination db for loading etl output into
* create test db run test from command line on birch
* create hudson job that will run tests on test db
* decide on best way to alert results
Will be done/looked at by Van, John W, Jeff...
Might take more than this initial nominal one day to setup but will see.

comparisons that may have an automated component (ie. not just an eyeball) but
won't be automated like current selenium acceptance tests.
