Wrong error message during xls file import when Loan Account is not disbursed

When ImportTransactionOrder is not set in properties file and I want to import
xls file but Loan Account is not disbursed then wrong error message appears:
'Row <25> error - YHY91234 - No Product name in "Transaction Party Details"
field and ImportTransactionOrder property is not set'. Should be: "Row <#>
error - <Receipt ID> - Account in "Transaction Party Details" field not found".
