The change password form in 1.7.x branch produces error message asking for
Username. This form doesn't have a field for username.
Repro:
1. Log in to http://ci.mifos.org:8116/mifos
2. click on your settings link
3. edit password, intentionally entering two different new passwords
expected result: get error about mismatch passwords
actual result: get that error and
"# Please specify the value for Username."
Note, username error also comes up when two passwords match.
