2nd thoughts... it's probably best to fix it than leave it because I believe it
is affecting build time as well (it does on my windows machine). the 'latest
checkpoint test' (can't remember name off hand) applies db upgrades in its test
and takes a long time on my machine (i.e. that 20/25 mins)... doesn't appear to
impact hudson in the same way tho... so, at least for windows devs
everywhere... let's apply the fix :)
