The current parameter selection mechanism is the best possible with purely
reports designer.
The new requirements of displaying regional office levels only if they exist
require rework and utilizing dynamic elements with CDF.
The alternative suggested in the meeting where the user does not have to select
the Regional office default value - also requires rework by using more complex
report elements.
The estimated days for this task coupled with MIFOS-3285 is 2 days(1pt).
The disadvantage with the current method as was discussed in the cal with Kay
is that - The parameter sections Regional, Area, will be displayed even if a
particular MFI does not have Regional, and the user has to select a default
value.
If this card is ok as is for the first cut, this card is done.
