I added uncaught exception handler to properly handle exceptions thrown from
Spring (ftl pages). Moreover, stack trace is visible when the cookie named
'MifosDevCookie' is defined in the session.
I created another issue (MIFOS-4065) to provide a link that will automatically
file a Jira issue on Mifosforge.
