Ability to transfer funds between savings account and loan account

Scenario - we have clients with a savings accounts who want to take out a loan.
We need to move their collateral (20%) into a mandatory savings account for
the duration of the loan. Then at the end of the loan we may want to move some
or all of it back into their voluntary account or indeed to pay off their loan.
It would be nice to be able to do this in one transaction and not have to do a
withdrawal from one account and a deposit into the other especially if the
amounts are not easy numbers to retype!
Same issue arises for groups who default on their loan so we want to use their
savings to pay off their loan.
Key difference between 2 savings account is the withdrawal not allowed on the
collateral one and also no interest paid on it so need to transfer money back
into other account when loan repaid.
