Artur Siekielski resolved MIFOS-4022.

Resolution: Fixed
I removed check if the total due amount of last account is equal to the amount
paid in. Instead I enabled partial loan repayments and check only if the amount
paid in isn't greater than the total loan due amount, error msg is:
"Last account is a loan account but the total paid in amount is greater than
the total due amount"
