MIFOS-3591: Implemented a mechanism to handle all uncaught exceptions so
that the user sees a friendly error page rather than a stack trace. Work in
progress.
[FIXED MIFOS-3591] Cleanup, support for MifosDevCookie, new uncaught exception
handler.
