Kay, its a small UI change to show what closing balance is, current interest
earned (on today) and then having the total amount withdrawn if closing the
account today. It is straight forward enough to calculate what the interest
earned would be on a given day also so you could present a date field that
allows user to close account on a given day and show what interest is due plus
closing balance (rather than forcing close account to always happen today)
