Or may be this is only happening to me because I'm fiddling with .classpath and
WTP .settings for MIFOS-4071? There shouldn't be anything do do with it
though.. whatever the reason - it would probably be good to clean this up to
avoid other problems in the future. (It's possible that others are not seeing
this because another XML parser is SOMETIMES before the old xml-apis on the
Eclipse Classpath container, and I did something which may be changed the order
and may the old one go first, causing this).
