I set JAVA_OPTS=-Dmifos.mode=accepance so I could do some testing while
changing date/time. When I start Mifos, and log in, I encouter message:
"An unhandled error has occurred. Please contact your system administrator." on
page http://localhost:8080/mifos/j_spring_security_check.
