Displaying Receipt Detail in UI

My organization issues a receipt with a unique serial number for every
financial transaction. When applying a loan payment, I enter receipt date and
ID with the payment detail but this information doesn't appear to display
anywhere on the current Mifos UI. I would like to be able to check the receipt
IDs to confirm a receipt isn't entered twice. Is it possible to request this
enhancement on the activity details page or transaction log?
