Interest rate validation incomplete on defineSavingsProduct.ftl page.
Step to reproduce:
- go to admin -> define new savings product
- define new savings product with all mandatory fields valid except for
interest rate
- type "3%" into interest rate text field instead of "3".
An error "invalid data" is returned instead of "Please specify the Interest
rate. Interest must be in range (0-100)".
However typping "-3" produces correct error message.
"3%" is a customer scenario, because visible pattern in label is "(0-100)%".
This situation shall be handled properly.
