Refer the loan account 000100000000007 in the attached sql dump.
In a loan account with a "Misc Fee" and "Misc Penalty", when subsequent loan
repayment is made and adjustment applied against the payment, values of Fee and
penalty in the "Account Summary" and repayment amount on Loan Repayment changes
inappropriately.
