I see that recently Keith Woodlock (commit
b1b6113ffd768e0fae2178d7c1ff7be4bc642154) made some change related to fixing
MIFOS-2257. This ticket requires that only the last payment can be adjusted.
So is this a bug that only the last payment can be adjusted or a feature?
