ArrayIndexOutOfBounds exception while applying charges to loan w/o chosen
"select charge type".
Step to reproduce:
- go to clients & accounts, choose any loan product
- click "apply charges" on the right column
- insert positive amount i.e. 400 but not choose "select charge type"
- try to submit
