Pentaho has a checkbox "Auto Submit" next to the "View Report" button.
This auto submit feature can cause multiple hits to the pentaho server as the
user picks and chooses parameters. For stability and performance, do we want
to remove or at least uncheck this option so the user has to intentionally
enable?
