Right now Mifos builds officially with Maven 2.1.x, I have been building Mifos
using Maven 3.0 (for much cleaner output)
The reason for not (officially) upgrading Mifos build to Maven 3.0 is CI server
(hudson).

The process to resolve this issue would be,
- Hudson resolves HUDSON-4988
- Release official support for Maven 3.0 in one of it's version
