Issue MIFOS-3591 was added to hide any encountered stack trace details from the
end user.
That works, but current implementation slows down development as you have to
find where a server is logging mifos.log, what mifos.log is named for that test
instance, then manual copy/paste, etc.
>From that issue, there was this extra credit:
1. provide another link or button on this page that will automatically file a
Jira issue on Mifosforge, posting the stack trace, the user's contact info, etc
2. only show the stack trace link if the user has a special cookie, so that
only developers and people in-the-know can see this info.
Instead of being fancy enough to file the Jira issue, if we could at least have
access to the trace or the entire current mifos.log via the Admin UI, this
would assisting testing/development.
