Patches for the "view admin" documents functionality. Submitted 10/24 via email.
Here's a brief explanation of the attached patches, since there are a few of
them:
1) 0009-removed-messages-using-resourceBundle.patch : messages are directly
defined in ftl template. Using EditFundController.java as example for other
updates in this controller. Still working on controller for adminDocPreview
defined in this file.
2) 0010-making-use-of-this.-keyword-removed-method.patch : small style changes
in AdminDocumentFormBean.java - removed overloaded method which was defined for
testing.
3) 0011-Look-is-consistent-with-current-mifos-pages.patch : using Mifos CSS
definitions, copied from existing pages for consistent look/feel.
4) 0012-updated-viewAdminDocs-to-use-updated-messages.patch : updated
viewAdminDocs.ftl to use the updated messages
