Mary Jo and Preeti have provided data updates for PPI.

Lookup Table v15 is updated for Russia ($6.25/day/2005 PPP) and Phillipines
($4.32/day/1993 PPP). This should result in changes to the poverty line files
for these countries.

Ecuador: 2005
Haiti: 1993
India: 1993
Nigeria: 1993
Kenya: 1993
Honduras: 2005
Indonesia: 2005
Also confirm that Malawi data is updated to the latest.
