Resolved in commit d743700120c730151a8516b87b9ee5807664263b.
I increased max size of question number answer types to 9 digits. There cannot
be more without serious refactorization (Integers are used internally to
validate numeric responses and to store entered data).
Moreover, if you do not set any limits, you still cannot enter numbers bigger
than Integer.MAX_VALUE (2147483647).
