The Question Group feature added in release E allows users to assign a QG to
the Create Savings workflow. Right now, it's all or nothing - if a QG is
assigned to Create Savings, then the QG appears for all savings products.
For loan products, a QG can be assigned to individual products or the "all
products" checkbox can be checked to apply a QG to all loan products.
This improvement would mean adding a similar granularity to the savings
products.
