Artur, please use the following steps to reproduce this problem:
1. change your date to the old meeting date of the centre.
2. apply charge
3. apply payment
4. change your date to the next meeting date of the centre.
5. apply charge
6. apply payment
After the above steps you should have a centre with two payments and you will
see, that there is a problem with adjusting the oldest one.
If you have an error that there is no instalment to apply a charge to, then you
should run batch jobs to regenerate instalments.
