Build functional tests that test Savings functional spec requirements at an API
level instead of at UI/Selenium level.
Test cases should include those manual tests that are being executed by QA
today for Release E, with little or now redundancy to existing unit and
integration tests.
Part of this work will also be to build sonar test coverage report for Unit,
Integration, and higher level tests to access the test coverage that is in
place today and what tests need to be added.
