For Question Groups/PPI Survey when your create question title with for example
30 characters then on the Question Groups/PPI Survey page this title is
displayed in a few rows which is not easy to read. See attached screenshot 1.
It will be better to display questions like in the previous 1.6 PPI Survey. See
attached screenshot 2. Question title should be bold and above the responses.
