Kay, in Mifos database surveys are bounded with the following tables:
- ppi_likelihoods
- ppi_survey
- ppi_survey_instance
by the foreign key constraints. In order to remove surveys I would have to also
remove foreign keys or the entries in ppi_* tables. Do we need these tables?
You wrote that we shouldn't migrate PPI. If so, what do you think about leaving
surveys as is, but removing only additional fields?
