Creating new client or group fails with
applicationConfiguration.custom.properties file

Unhandled exception appears while attempting to create new client or group with
this file.
Steps to reproduce:
- load attached configuration file (put it into .mifos dir)
- log into mifos
- click on "create new client" link
- choose a group for him
Issue seems not to depend on language (observed on FR and EN version as well).
